Great inserts! Feel more support and comfort under my feet. I wear these in my shoes for both running and being on my feet all day at work. I find my feet are less sore at the end of the day. This insert works on relieving the pressure points on your feet. Aetrex only come in full sizes, I recommend if you are at a half shoe size (i.e 7.5) going up to the size 8 orthotic would fit just fine. When I first started wearing them I noticed the support coming from a little further back in the insert. The support bump is set back supporting you at the subtalar joint, the area where your foot and leg join. With time my foot got used to the orthotics and now I can't imagine not wearing them in my shoes!
