The Ghost is my tried and true running shoe but I wanted to try something different. The Adrenaline gives me ample room in the toe box (for my bunions) but is narrow in the heel which is good for my feet. Feels very stable without feeling bulky.

I've run in this shoe for hundreds of miles and have never had an issues. It's ben my go to shoe for years and the latest version does not disappoint. I like the upper of the 21 better than earlier versions as it feels more secure. I find the toe box to be accommodating for toe splay while the mid foot is nice and stable. I see so many other runners wearing this shoe and it's for good reason.

The Adrenaline is a classic shoe in the Brooks line. Because they have had success year after year, not much usually changes as the model updates. One of my favorite aspects of this shoe is the step-in feel. When I slide these on, I feel like my foot is secure and ready to take on all the miles ahead. These shoes could be used for either long or short runs as I find them to be lightweight, but still offers a good amount of cushion. The guide rail system that was implemented a few years ago, is a really great upgrade that allows both a neutral and pronating runner the ability to use. Another plus is it also comes in three widths!

I have been running in the Adrenaline for many years. This version is a must for anyone who over pronates. The guide rail is just the right amount of support and the cushion is soft but responsive. The Adrenaline is a very light shoe and can be worn on a short or longer run. There are many colors and widths to choose from.

I’ve worn Brooks sneakers for many years, and I have to say this is my favorite version yet! The update in the DNA Loft is noticeable, and feels very cushioned under my foot. The guide rails make for a supportive ride, and is matched well with a roomier toe box to give my foot room to expand. I will surely be wearing this shoe through its life time!
