CUSTOMER RATINGS & REVIEWS
The fit on the Aurora is really excellent. The toe box is accomodating and never felt constricting. I found the midfoot wrap to be pretty effective at locking in my heel without feeling too tight. The upper of the shoe is really nice and breathable; I never had any issues with creasing or heat while running. My only complaint about the upper is that the laces were not as nice as expected for a $200 shoe and did not fit alongside the otherwise premium materials. The cushioning feels very nice underfoot. It's very soft but still bouncy, not mushy or dead-feeling in the slightest. The decoupled midsole is strange-looking and adds a decent amount of flex to the shoe. Overall, I really liked the ride; it still felt springy and plush at the end of a two-hour run. I did a couple of strides and the Aurora did not feel very comfortable running fast due to the decoupled, high-stack midsole. This is a great shoe for long runs and longer speedwork but I would choose something else for short speedwork. I have worn this shoe for around 250 shoes and it is holding up well.
