I love these running shoes. I have been wearing Brooks Ghost 14 since they were first introduced, and I run three or four times every week with them. I have a high arch, and the Ghost line of shoes seems to suit my feet well.

Ok. Fit is great for a narrow foot. Arch support is firm and comfortable. Cushioning on ball of foot not as shock absorbing as previous pairs bought 2 years ago. Heel cushioning ok but again less than expected.
