After being cheap for years and not wanting to conform to modern technology.. i finally caved into the pressure of my peers and fellow running buddies. I am loving all the features and ease of use. This watch is spot on for anything running related. Cadence, pace, heart rate, custom workouts and a few other features.. what more could a runner want!? I love tracking my runs now and collecting/comparting data. Definitely a fun addition to a sport I already love. I would recommend this watch to any and all runners.

Great tracker for running, cycling, and fitness. Glad that it is waterproof too (though I don't swim much). Excellent functionality on the device and in app, lots of customization available for various activities.

I recently lost my Garmin 235 and was unsure whether to get a 245. I was glad I did - it is much better in many ways. Screen much nicer, band more flexible, better interface, etc.

I have used Garmin devices for years and I really like this one because it has replaced two of my devices. I find that it has just the right amount of features so I can get my data without being overwhelmed by metrics I don't use.
