The New Balance 860 continues to be as reliable as ever. This update specifically is there best one yet. Fit wise, it wrapped around my narrow heels very nicely without feeling obstructive and had some nice room in the toe box without it feeling too big. This fit was ideal because it didn't feel like I was wearing a shoe at all; It simply felt natural. Performance wise, this shoe serves so perfectly as a longer distance trainer. The cushioning felt soft but responsive and had nice amount of snap. I usually go for a softer shoe and was hesitant at first, but the cushioning in this shoe absorbed impact beautifully and my knees and feet felt comforted throughout the entire run. It is a little heavier and stiffer, so it serves best for my longer runs, but not something I would necessarily take to the track for speed workouts. Overall I really do love the new update to this shoe and it has become part of my rotation with my GT-2000s. If you are looking for a reliable and comfortable trainer, the NB860 is a great option.

The 860v11 has proven to be a dependable shoe for both road and track running, and feels just as responsive at the beginning of the run as it does at the end. It fits snugly yet is comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Overall, it is a great stability option for runners looking for something with a good amount of structure and support.

The New Balance 860 is a shoe that consistently provides a comfortable run. The cushion level and stabilty is a delightful combination and my feet feel as fresh at the end of the run as they do at the start.

I tend to lean towards shoes that are firmer rather than having more cushion for running and walking, and these shoes have just that. They are perfect for both! I walk and run a lot, and these shoes are able to give me a great level of comfort. Just the right amount of squish!

The New Balance 860 is a staple in the New Balance collection. The updated 860v11 provides cushion and support that those of us who overpronate love. I like to wear this shoe for my easy and longer miles. The biggest difference between this and the last versions of this shoe is the upper. The new upper is a bit crunchy when you first put the shoes on but relaxes over time. You may also want to go up a half size because the shoe runs slightly short.
