There are die hards for the 880 V9 all over the internet but you'll notice they are mostly walkers. This shoe wasn't constructed for running. It it like wearing barcaloungers on your feet. This is also a naturally wide shoe compared to the other New Balance i've worn (15 years). The girth doesn't allow tightening the laces for a snug fit. I was sliding around in them downhill. I would recommend to walkers with a wider foot.
These sneakers are awesome for class workouts!! Cushiony!
I simply love them! Best New Balance I have had yet! A woman who works at the running store suggested them to me! I am impressed!
