Fuel Cell? Heck yes. [Staff Review]

For all those saddened by the loss of the Brooks Ravenna, or disheartened by the lack of a pronator-friendly Saucony Kinvara, boy do I have the shoe for you. Fast, efficient, and most importantly, supportive. They are perhaps the lowest profile support shoes I have ever had the pleasure of running in, and I have been just delighted by how well they have held up through the many miles we've endured together. And, while I maintain this is perhaps the least important part of the shoe, they are easy on the eyes to say the least. I would absolutely recommend these shoes for any of my fellow pronators looking for something light-weight with perhaps a bit of a tighter fit.

Lightweight but Supportive (Staff Review)

I have ran in the New Balance 870 in the past and heard this was the comparable option since the 870 was discontinued. This is a tremendous update. The fit, feel, and cushion are just perfect. At 7.1oz it is very lightweight but this does not compromise the cushion and support for those who slightly pronate. I would recommend this shoe for some quick miles or as a casual kickaround shoe as it is very very sleek!

Speedy and Supportive (Staff Review)

Soft and springy, lightweight supportive shoe! Perfect for short fast runs or racing. The FuelCell midsole gives high energy return to get you off the ground quicker. Fits true to size, although not as wide as other New Balance models, still has a roomy toe box. Ultra-heel hugs the back of my foot real nicely providing me additional support, I have found no issues with it digging in my Achilles. Breathable upper and super sleek design. Looking for a light trainer that will provide with the support you need this is the shoe for you!

Surprise comfort

The fit and feel for this shoe was great. It feels lightweight, supportive and also cushy. I really enjoyed the toebox, it is roomy, but not sloppy. I use this shoe for shorter runs but could even work all day in it for the comfort and stability. Very breathable upper.

Great speedwork shoe with stability (Staff Review)

Absolutely loving these shoes! Feel: They are soft and lightweight and have a great amount of cushioning which makes them perfect for those fast runs or race day! They also have a rocker to them, which helps prevent foot fatigue during those miles. Fit: I tend to need a wider fit to the toe box, and I have no problem in these! I also find they fit true to size. The upper locks in the foot really well, and I find I don't even need to double knot them. Stability: While this shoe offers some stability with the medial post, it's definitely on the light side. I like to alternate this into my rotation for speed or race days and wear a more supportive shoe the majority of the time since I tend to overpronate. Overall, this has become one of my favorite shoes!
